List properties and allow filtering by them in the project listings

Description
Properties on Collections and Projects are our preferred method to annotate these Arvados Objects with metadata without the need to put this information into titles or descriptions. However, this information is not visible at first glance when listing the content of projects.
Proposal:
1. Allow filtering of project objects (subprojects, collections, processes) by properties similar to how it's done in the advanced search
2. Allow display of properties in a column
