The link provided by doc.arvados.org (e.g. on https://doc.arvados.org/v2.1/sdk/go/index.html) to Go Docs is:
https://pkg.go.dev/git.arvados.org/arvados.git/sdk/go
This page indicates an "UNKNOWN" license, and all attempts to view docs result in a "Documentation not displayed due to license restrictions." error. It seems whatever mechanism is being used to detect the license is no longer working for the arvados repo.

Thanks for reporting this, Josh. It is fixed now, I had to append the text of our licenses to the COPYING file to make pkg.go.dev happy.
