Workbench2 lets users auto-login and access dialogs through direct links

Description

Currently WB2 allows users to auto-login via the /token?api_token=xxxxxxx URL, but in some cases there's a need to provide users with a direct link to a specific view and/or dialog (ie: wb1 needs to provide a direct access to wb2's "Get API token" dialog).

Right now, dialogs don't have a proper URL, we may be able to make wb2 display those dialogs via query params or similar mechanism.
