"Shared with me" Tree keeps expanding even if I closed it intentionally

Description

The performance of the sidebar has improved a lot. However I still see the behaviour that the "Share with me" menu expands even though I explicitly closed it before or never opened it.

Ideally this tree is always collapsed unless the user opens it and remembers this state globally.
