Description
As part of #16578, arv-copy gained the ability to copy projects. This was, however, not documented. The cli help output only mentions workflows and collections. The doc at https://doc.arvados.org/v2.2/user/topics/arv-copy.html does not mention projects either.

- In the "how to copy a project" section, it says, "We will use the UUID
jutro-7fd4e-mkmmq53m1ze6apx
as an example project" -- the provided UUID seems to be from the previous section instead of using one for a project. - Related but not specific to this story: the screenshot at the start of the doc entry shows a Curoverse email; maybe it's time to update it with a
@example.com
account?

Fixed.

I removed the screenshot and added a link to another page. Eventually this should refer to workbench2.
