Updates at b0bfb3b1e - branch 18097-sync-groups-case-insensitive
Test run: developer-run-tests: #2695
- Adds
-case-insensitiveflag so it matches usernames without regarding casing. - When using this new feature, if there's case insensitive username collisions, the tool will error out to leave it to the admin to solve the problem.
- Adds tests.
