Description

The clinical user process:

  1. Patient data is imported from Redcap ahead of time (separate batch process)
  2. Clinician decides a biopsy will be sent for sequencing
  3. Navigate to patient / biopsy
  4. Add each biopsy sample (DNA tumor / DNA normal / RNA) with state AT_SEQUENCING
