Description
The clinical user process:
- Patient data is imported from Redcap ahead of time (separate batch process)
- Clinician decides a biopsy will be sent for sequencing
- Navigate to patient / biopsy
- Add each biopsy sample (DNA tumor / DNA normal / RNA) with state AT_SEQUENCING
