Description

Singularity sometimes exits 151 (SIGURG) due to a bug https://github.com/hpcng/singularity/issues/5231 that was fixed between 3.5.2 (the version arvados-server install installs on our jenkins image) and 3.7.4 (the version we use on dev clusters)
