"copy selected files into collection" function in WB2 extremely slow

Description
I tried to copy a 211 Gb file into a new collection using the "copy selected files into collection" function in WB2.
However all files of the source collection where displayed in WB2, currently with each refreshing of WB2 a smaller number of files is displayed. It took over 20 minutes to display the correct collection content.
