Description

Customer reported the Java SDK has a hardcoded 10 second timeout, which is a problem because some operations take longer than that. Change it to:

  1. Be configurable
  2. Default to 60 seconds.

A new version was released to sonatype. The one last to-do is to create a "curii" account on sonatype and request that ownership of arvados-java-sdk be transferred to it.
