Should RailsAPI/Workbench logs look like "ClusterID":"z1234" to match the other services' logs, or "cluster_id":"z1234" to match the other fields in RailsAPI/Workbench logs?

(consensus in chat was ClusterID, RailsAPI/Workbench1 are on their way out anyway)
