Move display of input objects (cwl.inputs.json) into panel

Description
Display formatted input object json in a panel, similar to workbench 1.
Convert uuids and PDH to clickable links.
Hide panel for individual command line tools that don't have an input object. (However, we might start recording the CWL input object in the future, so it should just be a generic check.)
