Here's another example
This one comes from #17301, in that branch I'm making changes to how it updates the runtime_status to make the "out of memory" message visible

Makes error/warning details respect newlines.
Also, reduces margins and font size a bit.

The spacing between the bottom of the "Warning" box and the top of the details (e.g. label text "Container Request UUID") is a little crowded, can you give it a few pixels of vertical margin?
