Can provide input JSON/YAML when launching a Workflow as an alternative to the input form

Description
Sometimes, when launching a workflow, it is more convenient to be able to specify the inputs directly in JSON/YAML (e.g. when copying and pasting from somewhere else) than to go through the input form controls.
Should be synchronized with the form fields so the user can go back and forth between a text editing tab and form controls.
