While working on #16115, an idea that came up is to allow the user to add a note on each sharing url so that they can easily identify their purposes.

From chat with Peter, these are some possible ways of adding that metadata:

• Add a "COMMENT ..." scope to the APIClientAuthentication object.
• Use a link object to annotate the APIClientAuthentication object.
• Add a properties field to the APIClientAuthentication object.
