From sprint's review feedback we may do the following further improvements:

• Change the "Share" placeholder text on the share dialog input field to "Share with" or something more explicit.
• Update the visibility level form to include "All users" as a new option and filter out that permission from the listings (should be named something like "All active users", for example).
• Maybe filter out the anonymous user & "all users" group from the auto-complete input field? So that we avoid users confusingly attempt to set "write" permissions to them.
