Share dialog only shows remote user's UUIDs

Description
When sharing something with a user that happens to be from a remote cluster, even though their name/email is readable on the user selector, once the sharing permission is applied, only the UUID is listed.
I was able to reproduce the issue on pirca: pirca-j7d0g-bg0m5wep3ht6771

I'm sorry, I've missed an update comment on the customer's original bug report from some days ago telling that the issue has been seen only on one particular project that happens to have a long list of persons in the sharing dialog.
I've even tested creating a sharing a test project myself on the customer's cluster and the email is rendered (not name) instead of UUIDs so maybe there's some other factor in play here.
