Description
Current when you hover over breadcrumbs it just gives you the name? Maybe this is for when it is cut off -- but in most cases it isn't cutoff - so if that is the way it is intended -- I would either turn it off unless you hit the limit OR put something useful there because right now it is just hovers useless info most of the time.
