back button on registered wf run page is not intutive

Description

I would assume the "back" button would take me pack to the page with the folder listings I just clicked from - but no it takes me to a page I have never seen before where I pick a workflow? so confused. I assume you can get to this page somehow by asking to work a workflow -- but I have never, ever done it that way.
