Need Uniform Captialization For Types

Description

In some cases we do title like capitalization and in some cases we do sentence like capitalization - we should pick a scheme and go with it.

Types/Status:
Intermediate Step (title-like)
Data collection (sentence-like)
On hold (sentence like)

Buttons are all caps (REFRESH)

LHS Nav bar labels are title-like (My Favorites, Public Favorites, All Processes, etc)

Actions are sentence-like which makes sense to me. I think for Types we should do title-like - but I would be ok with sentence-like as long as it was uniform.

Properties in collection and process pages are sentence-like.
