Help icon so small on menu you don't know what it is?

Description

There is an icon when you drop down on the question mark icon to go to doc, etc. It is a book with one page in black but it is sooo small that it just looks like a power bar or something. If icons are that small - do we need them? Or should be choose something that resizes better?
