Description

Copying on the same cluster:

$ arv-copy --dst xxxx1-j7d0g-74bo5fzr2ieqsyh xxxx1-7fd4e-oatuysqeft1kbdf

2022-09-19 18:00:02 arvados.arv-copy[11245] INFO: arv-copy: Could not open config file /root/.config/arvados/xxxx1.conf: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/root/.config/arvados/xxxx1.conf'

You must make sure that your configuration tokens for 
Arvados instance xxxx1 are in /root/.config/arvados/xxxx1.conf 
and that this file is readable.
