Description

On the Safari browser, the logs panel show the scroll bar but it doesn't allow to scroll properly.

  • Fixes scrolling behavior for MacOS Safari on the log viewer. (see attached video for comparison)

  • This LGTM -- I found a different scrolling issue, but it is already present on main, so it is unrelated to this.
