Small files show they are 0% uploaded instead of 100% because they upload too quickly

Description
When uploading files to new collection via the new collection window - if the file loads quickly - it gives 0 MB/s as the upload speed (which I guess is OK since it couldn't collect it but perhaps something else would be more accurate) but the bug is that is says it is 0% uploaded instead of 100%
