No ability to get files from other collections or copy a collection into another collection when you are in a collection

Description

I am used to creating the collection and then adding to it. But I can't do that in WB2. We probably have a ticket for this - but I want to make sure it is from both sides and not just from the old collection you are going to copy from--- from the receiver collection and the "donor" collection if that makes sense.
