Cluster labels in search results are hyperlinks but that is unexpected

Description
The cluster labels for search results in wb2 look like they should let you toggle between which clusters you want to see, but instead they send you to that cluster which is somewhat confusing and I am not sure what the use case would be for that. Then I am stuck on the wrong cluster and have to figure out how to get back.
Labeling this as a bug but I am not sure it actually will be seen as one.
