Users would like to have a wizard that would help them to follow good practices (fe. project structure, naming conventions)

From discussion: want custom create dialogs for projects and collections -- provide templates, users must provide certain properties, standardized naming.

Things to consider:
- Where custom dialogs should be stored?
- How to expose save logic to the custom dialogs
- What should decide whatever custom dialog is displayed (configuration per user or global one)
- Do we want have a possibility to disable this feature

Feedback comment:
Maybe this is something which would be customer exclusive and in that case it would have an influence how to add such a Dialog or another custom element without creating a fork.
