Recursive copy through workbench

Description

Want to be able to do some of the complex copy operations that arv-copy does, but through workbench, e.g.

  • Copy a whole project
  • Copy a workflow & all its dependencies

We might want to implement these as API calls as they can get expensive/complicated to do on the client.
