"Not Found" error modal when you view a Playground process

Description
Making this an ops ticket out of caution. If it's an Arvados bug feel free to move it.
If you view any process on Playground Workbench 2, after a moment it will pop up an error modal that says:
Not Found
The page you requested was not found, email us if you suspect this is a bug.
This makes a bad first impression for anyone trying Playground for the first time, and makes in very annoying to browse as you constantly dismiss the popup.
