CWL syntax highlighting in Arvados documentation hurts my eyes

Description

I don't think that red-on-red meets WCAG contrast guidelines, and also for real it's just unpleasant to look at. For example, from our CWL extensions user guide page:

I also don't even get the distinction it's trying to make. hints at the top and the keys below are plain purple, so why are these special? I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that they include punctuation but I don't think there's anything actually special about that in YAML.
