Description
The default BalancePeriod for keep-balance is 10 minutes. However on even a modest sized cluster, a keep-balance run can take 5 or 8 minutes (or longer) meaning keep-balance ends up running basically continuously. It should be more much more modest, like every 3 or 6 hours.
