Misunderstood the original request, looks like we already support that, assuming you set -M in BsubArgumentsList.

Note to anyone reading this: if you just want to allow a little extra RAM, you can set Cluster.Containers.ReserveExtraRAM. That amount will be included in the calculation of %M.
