Description

Similar to #20668 except NFS.

NFS is the remote file system of choice for Linux.

Since arv-mount is more likely to be available on Linux, there are fewer niches where NFS support would be a clear win, but it's worth putting a pin in it for the future.

We want to use our golang filesystem backend (used for WebDAV/S3/FUSE) and connect it to a NFS server frontend.
