This document makes a number of statements about legal requirements that I am not qualified to review. I am not a lawyer and cannot say whether or not they are correct.
I left some comments about the intersection of the proposed requirements with business and legal process.
In general, a lot of the review requirements described near the end of the document sound like they represent big changes for us.
