Description

We don't want to do it right now, because build-packages-rocky8 will fail for all the branches currently in development that don't 20797 merged. But after a couple of weeks there will be few enough of those that it's safe to turn on.

The multijob only runs when something is merged to main, meaning it would have the rocky8 target merged in as well, so in fact this can be done immediately?
