Mark as deprecated for future removal:

  • everything in __init__.py
  • majority of util except keyset_list_all (which should get a better name) and things below it (which were added more recently)
  • CollectionReader.all_streams and all_files
  • StreamReader (stream.py)
  • TaskOutputDir (crunch.py)
