Description
Individual API documentation pages should have a big red box saying the API is deprecated and will be removed in Arvados 3.0.
The upgrading notes should have a list of all the API endpoints that are deprecated will be removed in Arvados 3.0

...unless you really feel motivated to change "This endpoint is deprecated" to "These endpoints are deprecated" because each of the pages covers multiple endpoints. But given what it is, that update might not be the greatest time investment.
