"View details" for a workflow definition shows parent project details

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a project
  2. From the project contents listing, open a workflow definition
  3. On the workflow definition page, open the action menu in the upper right
  4. Select "View details"

Expected result: The details pane opens up with details about the workflow definition.

Actual result: The details pane opens up with details about the project I opened in step 1.
