After the instance boots, cloudtest should copy itself (/proc/self/exe) to the compute node and use it to run an http server on a dynamic port, then check that it can connect to that server. This will sometimes detect network/firewall/configuration problems that would prevent controller from connecting to crunch-run's gateway server and break live logs.
