"Selected element" outline when ctrl+clicking rows is pointless and distracting

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a project listing
  2. In the listing, Ctrl+click different parts of rows to de/select them

Expected behavior: Ctrl+click toggles the row's checkbox

Actual behavior: That happens as expected, and there's now an outline around the row cell that I happened to click on. See screenshot. This doesn't affect anything, it's just noise, so we should try to inhibit it if at all possible.

Seen on Firefox 120.0.1 Linux.
