We want to systematically move "details" on projects, collections, processes, and workflows to the right side panel, and remove them from the top card.

The top card should be reworked to use a similar layout to the new "Project" and "User" card, with a toolbar and option to expand to see tags and description.

The right side panel should be made resizable.

The details themselves should also follow a consistent ordering among the various panel types.
