Compute node build script requires Packer amazon plugin but this is not documented

Description

When I tried to follow the instructions in doc/install/crunch2-cloud/install-compute-node.html I eventually got this error:

Error: Failed to initialize build "amazon-ebs"                                                                                           

The builder amazon-ebs is unknown by Packer, and is likely part of a plugin that                                                         
is not installed.                                                                                                                        
You may find the needed plugin along with installation instructions documented                                                           
on the Packer integrations page.

The solution was to run packer plugins install github.com/hashicorp/amazon but this is not documented anywhere on the page. That, or some other process that gets this installed, should be documented.
