Description

We don't want N compute nodes periodically checking expiry times on all of the trashed blocks on all backend volumes.

I think we just add -never-delete when it is invoked by crunch-run ?

In principle yes, although we don't do config by command line any more, so it will look more like setting Collections.BlobTrash: false in the config file sent to the keepstore process.
