Steps to reproduce on tordo:

Make sure you have a personal favorite object.
Reload workbench.
Expand the "My Favorites" subtree & confirm your personal favorites are listed.
Collapse "My Favorites" and expand "Public Favorites", confirm that a different set of objects are included on this subtree.
Expand "My Favorites" again, the subtree is replaced with the same as the one from "Public Favorites".
