Cleanup of property keys in vocabulary

Description
We added a couple of allowed property keys to our vocabulary back when the strict property validation on the API side was introduced. Now we would like to remove them again as they are polluting the drop down menus in Arvados WB2.
Comparing what we have added manually to our vocabulary.json and comparing this to the list provided here: https://doc.arvados.org/v2.7/api/properties.html
I noticed that two properties are there which are not listed on the page above, which are "workflowName" and "container". Both seem to be used and before we remove them from the vocabulary we would like to ensure this is not breaking anything.
