Bug #21846

Right clicking for context menu should first select the item underneath it
Added by Peter Amstutz 11 months ago.
Updated 8 months ago.

Description
The expectation is that the right click menu should operate on the item underneath the pointer, but it actually operates on the current selection. However, the right mouse button doesn't affect list selection. Right mouse click should change selection similarly to how left click does in addition to opening the context menu.
