Description
The "Groups" panel data explorer behaves differently from other data explorers.
- left click on the row does not select it
- the toolbar does not match the context menu
- the toolbar has "move to" which isn't a valid operation for role groups, it should be removed
- the toolbar is missing "API details" and "Rename" options
- the "attributes" item is redundant and should just be removed
- an "additional info" operation that opens the details sidebar should be added
- Description updated (diff)

Notes:
- The cypress command, "goToPath" was showing some flakiness locally so I replaced the content of the command with cy.visit() and it works, but doing so makes the goToPath itself redundant. Not sure what the best course of action is?
