Apparent debug tooltip when hovering over the first item in a project view

Description

Seen on tordo after a shift+refresh. When I hover over the first item in a project listing, I get a tooltip that says "First element in the project list." This is not helpful and seems like a remnant of debugging. No other items in the listing have a similar tooltip.
