Collection context menu should offer all the same "copy to clipboard" actions as files/directories inside it

Description
There should be an easy way for me to copy a URL by UUID/URL by PDH/CWL keep: URL to my clipboard from the collection context menu.
- Related to Feature #21941: Context menu option on collection files to get a link with the PDH and link directly to keep-web added
- Related to Idea #21544: Convenient way to copy keep: URIs added
